First thing is that this company doesn't have an HR, second work culture is very poor, they don't treat employees as laborers. Never ever give appraisal to employees and the worst part is the mindset of people in high management

Dislikes

They discriminate people geologically, never gave us training or appraisal, and always give jobs that are not meant for us to be. These are only money-minded people. I hate this job.
