There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Old and established company in Ayurveda, strong presence in Ayurvedic field, quality of products, result oriented products

Low Salary, no fix time of salary and expense reimbursement, lack of management, not doing confirmation on time, salary of current month will be given after 20th of next month. No employee retention or growth plans, no insurance for employees .

Free hand for all work assignment given..good culture & friendly environment. Good company to work with and you can develop & learns lots of things as you get opportunity to different different projects & assignment with free hand.

Sandu’s products, but it’s very bad luck for the products that they are Sandu’s products. Never can’t be stable.

Everything, the company runs on their ex employees money, company never be settled account of any of his ex employees, I couldn’t understand that, how this type of company should be in Indian market, same very bad impression in Drs too.

Its been more than 6 month my journey with this company. Overall work culture is good. My colleagues, HR and the management are very supportive and create a happy environment. The whole office culture incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, always ensuring that my needs are met with utmost precision and care.
