I learned a lot in this company and the policies of the company are good. The cleanliness of the company is good.. they take care of all the workers and check their health by doing medical checkups

Salary is very low. Food in company is not good.

Good work culture being associated mainly with European team. Flexible working is encouraged, with an active interest in employee well being.

Dislikes

Pay parity and promotions can be improved. With the spin off, lots of uncertainty remains with regard to bonus payout, annual increment etc.

Bosses doesn't know the meeting etiquettes , scolding an female sr.employee in high peek meetings .we reached HR on this bullying head.HR is also denied. There is lot of favourism.we have been waiting for promotion since from 5years he will his friends and promote in higher roles.This kind of behaviour we are not noticed in Novartis.all are treated equally. There are some employees resigned by fed-up with his behaviour.i don't know who is given the right to ask questions like hr
