Sandoz shared service centre is similar to its parent organisation Novartis. But being a generic business it has its own downside. Friendly managers, hybrid working, transportation, team events and parties are few good things about the organisation.

Biased evaluation during promotion. Work life balance is average. Lack of support from management on technical issues but is seen as an opportunity to start a blame game.
