Management is very poor. Or you can say there is no management only rule by one woman. Whatever she says everyone should follow. There is no technical discussion in this organisation nor even one can share his/her opinions. Production Engineer is not even allowed to deploy manpower as per his convenience that too will also be instructed by the COO of the plant. Late sitting is very much necessary if you want to work here, even if you go home early one day then next day it is damn sure that you have to mark your presence in the cabin of COO and be ready to get burden of work. Some managers of in Production are non technical and they just focus on flatterering to save their jobs. In terms of documentation, there are multiple nonsense documents but all of them are useless, there is no analysis on rejection, OEE, customer complaints, supplier issues. The organisation is having top level of internal politics and can be proven by that Attrition Rate of this company is more than 50%. Rest 50% are those flatterer only. I request you all not to join this plant even in worse case also. It will be total waste of your time and professional life.
