...es not clear dues, during covid paid sales staff as per percentage achievement. Did not allow WFH during second wave of covid, or else salary cut.

Work culture, office timeings, salary on time, open group discussion and most important we don't work under pressure.

I am getting hike every year on my salary except lockdown but they are not revising my designation. I have joined this company in 2018, 4yrs ago as executive and still i am on the same position. There are many people in our company in the same situation. You have to serve 2 months notice period if you are confirmed employee.

...eam is very nice. Company is very much open to apply your experience and talent. The salary is wuiye well and appraisal is also very well.

No growth from there they already have plan about salary budget. For example you joined there but after I year they will only give 1700 increment only that's their tactic if that particular person resign they will again hire a fresher cycle continues And also 80% people are old school mentality bcz you only see in there most of the people are 20 years and 30 years experienced they will not go anywhere they can't survive they are going to another company lol
