1). They told that job role is Data Analyst but is actually Sports Analyst 2). NO BASIC SALARY as the game successfully indexed will be only payed to you. 3).Shift based, you wil be allotted without your consent 4).Only Bonus is Attendance bonus of 1000Rs , if night shift then 1000K extra & if you are absent for 2 days then no bonus. 5).OT benefits are actually a dream. 6). You have to fight to get work ,cause as an indexer there are many people there to get the work resulting in your loss of money. 7). Seniors play cards game during night shift due to very less work during seasons when no games are there to index. 8).When Seasons(Oct-Feb) are there you can get the maximum games but some month only 1 game perday. 9)Not at all carrer oriented.

We just moderate on recorded vedio of a game. We will be working on a tool called. KROSSOVER where in we will make in detail report of the game. No employee re-hire policy. 2 months notice period is must once you resign. Good atmosphere

No fixed salary No casual leaves no pf no esi. We work for our wages not for a beneficial salary

Training was hell, no salary during training i.e. for 3 months, money waste, time waste, total waste, job role is data analyst but its a data entry job, if you are metric fail, please apply otherwise don't waste your precious time and energy.
