New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Medilink department is sanchetis private medical department. I was exactly working there data formatting in that software and Excel sheets like that daily stock report checking and update. Material purchase billing and update.

Learnt a lot by working in an orthopedic hospitals. Plenty of cases , joint replacement, spine, trauma, paediatric. NABH accreditation and policies related to NABH.

sancheti MD & management expecting huge work from an single employee. They just want to be work finish. HR is not able to help employees, they are pressuring their employee. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER.
