I reached here to learn something new about ISO Audits and Fire pump house. I think I acheived that, apart from this many other things I have learnt new. You will get short leave that is the additional thing I like and Canteen facilitiy.

...essed by the older minds which doesn't want to change. 3. No work recognition 4. Pay and Perks is also lesser that other competitive companies, pay scale is less with no other benefits 5. First 6 months you will not get any single paid leave.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

So far the culture has been to promote young talent n motivate to perform. We have had zero fatalities since inception. Every employee felt a sense of belongingness.

Dislikes

Groupism and internal power politics have started. Newly recruited team is trying to shunt out the good talent and bring in their own team. This is more in the texturising unit.

Likes

Its just like any other polyester yarn manufacturing unit, except that the management has a great vision to promote n encourage young talent. Gives good opportunity to perform n deliver. Rest are as usual, u will get to find VPs blaming others for failures and taking accolades for themselves.

Dislikes

Nothing much in general. We might do good in getting a good HR team.
