All staff is good accept to MM & GM

Dislikes

It's ok if you have guts to be alone bcz their is culture to be alone don't talk eachother till so long. 4 person can't be stand way long and wouldn't allowed to take tea break.

I worked here around 2.5 yrs. In starting there was good atmosphere. I started facing the problem when I shifted in khandsa unit. In this unit, there are no management, 11-12 hrs working, no carrier growth, appraisal once In 2 year. Full politics with poor work environment, no family life as I worked on average 11 hrs daily.

At San international I am satisfied with work culture & overall senior support is too good. Especially about training it seems to one of the best in industry. If I got a chance to serve my duty again in San international I shall be highly appreciated. I really thanks to San international being me as family member.

Working culture was good but now it has worsen and getting worst day by day. Few people have really worsen the working culture and it's really pathetic to see that Owners which are really good and nice are not able to see and didn't even want to see.

Owners are blindly faithing on the people who are really not worth. These people have their own aims and nothing to do with company future or benefits. And it's really sad.
