...puter operator. Asking irrelevant jobs to complete. No proper HR documentation. No PF structure, no Salary slips. No appointment letter. Infact there is no Proper Human resource department. One guy and one lady who are handling the workers as admin are forced to play HR role. No ERP / infor in the company. They use whatsapp groups to share documents and then does manual entries. MD is such egoistic person he doesnt want to spend a single rupee on the infrastructure or on the company employees. People are hired for 10k ,15k and are asked to work and match standards of OEMs and Japanese MNCs. How a person who is not enough skilled and enough paid is able to deliver like experienced professionals. Who are taking 50k ,60k for same jobs.
