Salary is below market standard while work expected is of two senior personnel. Forecasting still done manually while other departments have analytical tools doing work for them with no bar on stocks. Step-motherly treatment for selected departments. Regular travel but you get below par hotels since prices have risen steeply. System is designed in a way that people would be forced to skip reimbursement since each and everything has to be put in manually wasting huge man-hours. Age old analytical tools used with no add-ons to improve productivity.

... many things from this company. I can surely say this the filed which as no age. Quite good salary. Friendly environment to work. Always something new to learn. Daily work life is awesome because the work life gives chance to c new people's daily.

No holidays in holidays. Career growth is not so good

Pay perks are better than industry norms Timely payments. Flexible work from home policy. Annual health check ups.

Top Management doesn't listen to market needs leading to dissatisfied channel partners No scope of promotion. They hire and fire employees without any reason. Too much Undue pressure from management. No empathy at all.

Per peice incentive and over and above incentive salb is very good and every month traning schedule is very good

In diwali no bonus provide by samsung and increment on every year is very less to comparison other brand
