Salary structure is not organized, huge disparity. Tendency of hiding the information from Korean HQ & top management. Opinions of senior Indian management is not taken in consideration..everything is governed from Korea.

-Average appraisal of around 6-10% for above 10L package -Poor Hierarchy system -Incompetent Part leaders mostly -No Staff Discount on products

Work Life Balance. Free Food. Free transport (struggling). Monthly budget for team party. Unlike service based industry, workload is manageable. Strictly 9to5 kind only adhoc basis shifts. No WFH(even in pandemic). Job Security(untill you do not argue woth korean).

Dislikes

...er bottles because these are meant for Koreans only. Career growth is limited. Salary hike is almost zero. Some people in HR are so unprofessional that people resigned just because of their behaviour.
