Worst top management Always they blame quality department Quality department is joke for the every other department & scapegoat for top management Unskilled uneducated unprofessional people sitting on senior positions No value of hard work and honesty unless you are close to top management They call quality people anytime anyday for work outside your working hours like you have to stay whole night after general shift in company untill the shipment is out. And again next morning join for general shift at 8 am. Even sat sun you have to work. No ethics, no mnc culture, even small scale companies in midc have better environment than this so called mnc. If you are well educated with engineering degree or management degree don't join this company look for another job.

Fact is that it was biggest mistake of life chosing this company to work with. 1) Work culture - There is no value of talent. If you are not in good in licking boots of manager then please drop your plan here itself, no matter how much talent you have. They do have good reputation in Germany , in India customers are always complaining about their service. 2) Managment - There were some suspicious activities since day one I noticed. No transparency. They are not worries about sales target etc. Sales meetings are just show off. Withdrawing huge funds from HQ on name of man hours. They do have fantastic product range But due to this attitude there is no sale here in India. You should be even afraid of office boys since they are major sources of information transmittel here. 3) Employee benefits - Free meal with degrading quality. Thats it. No increments annually unless you beg infront of them. No matter what designation you have expect hike in multiple of 100s thats it. 4) HR - HR team is just okay. Restaurant Ex waiters are here in HR team. Struggle to speak English. But in end they co operating for joining & exit formalities so not hick ups.

It was a terrible mistake on my part to work in this Company. I think that says it all!!

The office atmosphere was fraught with suspicion and mistrust from day one. It was all politics and working here was a nightmare!

Payment is always on time, flexible time is considered, Management do some care about employees in some cases…its all about mood.

Job is always at risk, knowledge growth is very less, Economical & career growth is very slow, its all like slow moving train…with old steam engine…, Managers and Team lead are just for name,
