Absolutely nothing. Dont waste your time. They are cheats and will lure you with incentives and money and will pay none. Zero work life balance. Horrible manipulative people who don't deserve to be treated with respect.

Everything. Egoistic boss... his whole family used to sit in office. His wife used to keep an eye on everyone. You can't take one day off.. if you do theb they taunt. Once my grandmother was hospitalized and i was on leave for 3 days and my place was changed as a punishment. Sick people, do not treat employees as human. Starts at 7 am and no end time. I always used to leave by 11pm in the night.

Owners don't consider you as a human being. They will insult you in front of clients for even a very small mistake. Office timings are horrible from 8 am till you finish your work. Usually you have to wait atleast till 7.30pm. They will make you work on weekends (it's compulsory). Under the Brand executive /manager profile they will ask you to do typist job,just attend the meeting... Write down what they discussed word by word and then again punched that in word that's what they call as service report. Even if you take a single holiday which is your right then for next few days they will taunt you for that as well. Please don't join this company. No one survive here for more than 2 months.

Working conditions: Minimum 14 hours a day All weekends working (report submissions) Unhygienic work environment with cockroaches and rodents (rats) abound Honeytrap verbally promising 1% incentive of client fee. Will either never pay or delay incentives for more than 3 months. Scheming and manipulative behaviour. When they don't want to pay you incentives, they will torture you, scream and abuse in front of clients, eventually forcing you to quit. If you are a tough bird, they will plot to get you evicted. DON'T GET FOOLED. They fool clients also. SAVE YOUR CAREER, TIME AND ENERGY. NEVER JOIN THIS GOD FORSAKEN COMPANY.

The only thing which I had liked about Samsika Marketing Consultants is - teammates. I had nothing motivating as in to be there. I managed to survive for an year where people leave within few days. It has the highest attrition rate. Pathetic work environment and politics at its peak. It is a very small organisation but the directors make it hell because of their conspiracies and baisness. We are not less than a DTP operator. The directors have big ego and to satisfy it their employes have to bend down always and ever. While posting add on Naukri thy write pacakge 4lakhs - 5 lakhs for post of BRAND EXECUTIVE . But when the actual picture comes , it is not even 3.5 lakhs. They mould the employes on the basis of incentive and poor new employes comes in their trap. It is just a trap! I joined in May 2016 , since I joined I have not seen a single employee working happy over there. No professionalism , it is more of a family business.
