While my school collected 100% fees, we were given 50% salary. My salary for 2020 is yet to be remunerated. Management supports heavy politics too. It's a sick place to be. Old staff doesnt let new teachers to settle down.

Chairman is very Professional and down to earth person. If your reporting manager is the Chairman then you are lucky to work with the Samsidh.

Too many spys and informers who were unable to support in smooth functioning of the school

At Samsidh, each staff has the liberty to contribute in their best possible way. There is a lot of Support from the Management and the Leaders to create a conducive environment for the staff. Introduction of technology into the daily activities through learning management system is a blessing for the academic and non academic staff. It has been years of learning and contended work life at Samsidh.

Academic wise it is good , events and cultural activities are organising very nicely.Teachers are taking a lot of efforts.

In a one sentence i will say is there is no respect for the honest and loyal teachers

Likes

Samsidh MLZS is a good opportunity to explore new method of teaching. The working hours are suitable during online teaching. Lots of activities and programs for students and parents. Teachers are encouraged to try innovative methods. The management is very supportive. Company policies are fair enough during the pandemic.

Dislikes

No transportation for the employees.
