...in this organisation I personally work here for 8 months and waste my time here. Zero professionalism, salary didn’t get on time , one man is handling whole organisation Hr is doing time pass here not doing anything. Hr is only for name every decision asking to that man (HOD ). Doing fraud with people playing with there career they don’t have any respect of employees.

Company is open to innovation and adapts latest technology. Colleagues from other cultures backgrounds works happily in collaboration. Employees policy is good and work environment is free with management.

I am currently working in samruddhi organic farm India Pvt. Ltd. Now off business group take over to samruddhi Organic farm India Pvt Ltd,here is no job security and very bad culture work. Now company terminated near about all employees which has joined in samruddhi Organic farm India Pvt. So if any joining in samruddhi Organic then please check all policy, culture,job security and other things.

- Admin Department doesn't have employee benefits , 0 Interaction with employees. - Racist comment and environment is created, Hard times are thrown with outsiders. - No support and Help from any management team for the organizational goal. - Poor back End Execution which results in worst customer service. - Top level manipulation and politics will never let you grow.
