I am in learning period. SJMMCSL is a great point in my life. I learnt many things or whole things about HR. It is great experience for me. My colleagues are very supportive. I love the fact that I am a part of team.

They work on a Good concepts but every thing was imaginary. Team work spirit was good there . The employees help each other in understanding the schemes .

What can one say about swindlers? The business of the company itself was illegal. As far as legal profile is concerned, it provided ample scope to learn-on the job, posing several challenges and opportunities ahead. Very little scope for career growth.

Dislikes

Not a good company for people who believe in principle, moral etc. Good for those who believe in personal growth at the cost of duping the general public.
