...m work 15 hours a day in central Africa in greed of free accommodation and food. They also release their salary once in three months. I am sorry to say they have their office in Mumbai India only to make their black money earned in Africa in crores per day into white, This was the statement from one of their managing Director. One of the Owner of the company who handles China business abuses and also says" Thank God I am uneducated if I have studied would have worked like you fools". I would never refer any one to work for Samrin. It's responsibilities of common men who makes to work for them and such earn still exits because of common man responsibilities. They also have illegal mizanine flloor build in Andheri office. There are lot many things but if they improve above basic policies people would be more happy and never curse Samrin.

1st thing the HR is nothing but the puppet And the 2nd thind management is worst Not have a single benifits for the employee, nor have a proper leave and bonus policy

...ving bad words infront of all. Warning letter for small mistake.no job security. They will remove you if substitute is available with less salary. You have to keep 20000 as security deposit if you want to take PC at home for work from home. They will give you the charge of IT department which is not in your work profile and deduct the amount from your salary if anything went missing.

... don't allow to use personal phone, washroom is not clean, they have less PL CL. Also there is late mark and per minute salary deduction rule

Nothing. Don't work here. I left company within 5 month. No job security. If substitute is available with low salary than they will remove you on the spot.

...ad words and insulting infront of all. Issuing warning letter for small mistake. Salary deduction for every single minute late. Layoff has taken place prior to lockdown. Don't refer even your enemy to work here.
