They are not good in anything. At the end everybody is working for the money. If you can't provide the salary to your employees, then pls do not hire them.

Dislikes

...ire 6 years of experience. They don't even give the salaries to their employees. I left the company 1+ year before and I didn't get my salary yet. They are just making fun of recruitment industry. Wrost place to work.

Have been working with Sampanna for over 4 years now. If you are the one who will forget his/her responsibilities in a free environment, this company is not for you. Sampanna is a very secure company if you own your KRA's. Nobody reminds you of your responsibilities but everyone expects the work to be done in an immaculate fashion.
