best part of samode palace is the culture of welcoming people which is a basic requirement of any hotel the ambience itself is so positive and spacious most of the staff are from the local village so there is an unique quality of honest and open heartedness in the services provided the property is fulfilled with all modern ammeneties that can make the guests (mostly international occupancy) feel that the value of their money is attained work balance is proper but sometimes it can be hectic as it is the case in any hospitality domain it provides a great platform for learning as the property is helmed majorly by international guests from different countries. it allows to interact with people of different languages and know their culture in my case i was competent enough to learn french language by joining language classes which helped me in tackling french guests better than any body colleagues and other staff were realy coperative which helped me in adapting the conditions well as i was from other state
