Nothing to like about this company. Off roll employees are like fly in the milk for the company when production come they fill vacancy after 1 or 2 month they give break or fired the employees. Only thing is like about coming is giving food and bus facility both. That most company does not give.

Dislikes

Many things are dislikes 1. No job security. 2. Only 250-300 rupees increment in salary after 6-7 month. 3. Mainly saturday and Sunday off, so salary did not come more than 16k after 12hr working.

1. Canteen food is like animals feeding. A worm comes out of the food plate. 2. No job security. 3. There hire you for 8 hours job, but actually you have to be work for 12 hour, 4.Totally Korean dominate, because of higher management in which some indian of this company only work for there own benefit (money steal) . 5. According to this company culture you don't discuss you issue or Query with HR department even you don't have permission to visit HR department until korean permission, they treat you like, labor. 6. There is no any person development, or skills development, or no any learning programs. You just only and only obey korean. Rules 7. There no rule and regulation and HR compliance . 8. Salary increment on 1000 Or 1500 only, whatever position you are it's don't matter you only get increment only 1000 to 1500 only, and it's only for selected employees not for all. 9. Unnecessary develop policy for employees reduction. 10. Even company If the company does not have work, it fires its employees without follow retrenchment protocol, just takes employees resignation cleverly or by misguide them. 11. Reality is that there no class of this company.

There is lot's of politics you can't survive here. Work culture is very worst 😭 . There is no job security. Canteen food not good. There is no insurance policies.

The more machines we have in the smakwnag India Pvt Ltd (korean company), the easier it is for us to operate and the easier it is to tell others to operate the machine.

When there is a need, the company fills the worker, when the work is less, then it removes the worker and the worker becomes unemployed.
