...e or anything. Hires you as consultant and get away from providing anything. No salary slips ever given, TDS deduction even at low salary. Only yearly appraisal and no such appreciation.

Samhita provides a good exposure in regards to multitudes of projects across different developmental areas. The work culture is highly collaborative in nature which engages various team, creating a very cohesive learning system.

As a finance intern at samhita social ventures i am gaining exposure to impactful social projects,enhancing my sense of purpose. the internship offers valuable learning opportunities in financial mangement,CSR,and sustainability practices.I am building aproffesional network and developing key skills like anlaytical thinking and project management. the supportive work environment further enriches my internship experience,setting a strong foundation for my carrer in finance.

As a finance intern in Samhita Social Ventures(CSR),i find the limited focus on financial metrics Additionally,navigating CSR-related regulations can be time consuming and challenging,which sometimes hinders my interest in traditional finance role .

Likes

I got a chance to interact with HR. IT department, Admin as well as Marketing Communication department and all of them are very polite and welcoming. The organization ensures that everyone working at Samhita knows everything about it so that no one is left behind and everyone's thoughts are welcomed. The members are highly talented and are ready to help whenever necessary. Interview and onboarding processes were immensely smooth during my experience.

Lots of scope to work of diverse and multiple projects. Good for beginners and people who want to start their journey in the development sector

Dislikes

Lack of organization structure, implementation strategies, ad-hoc and chaotic work allocation. No clear roadmap for scaling up. Zero investment in training and development for employees. A very high attrition rate of more than 40% as per industry standards. Every week 1-2 leave the company.
