Work is mostly things outside of KPI. You have to work on anything and everything. Extended work hours without compensation and recognition is common. You grow your knowledge but in unnecessary things.

- less increment - less recognition for your work - salary late sometimes due to some irresponsible employees - they pay half salary during notice period

...ove your talent of IT KNOWLEDGE here.good TL's and Good management.normal hike.but if you are prove your stuff they give compensation,monthly one leave and weekly 5 days work.life balance are good.

Company culture lacks transparency, Work life balance is myth where you can subscribe to doctor services for anxiety and aggressive behaviour which is taught by senior leadership team, best part about working in Samco is you can see classic headless leadership which results in confusion, inconsistency and lack of direction within the organisation.

No Growth Opportunities, lack of investment in infra for customer facing systems leading to system outage almost every fortnight, funniest part is when your CTO admits how the clients are still associate with Samco despite all these issues are a surprise to him then imagine how would junior executives like us would be managing things around
