Actually there's nothing good to write about Samba. The Citibank legacy has completely vanished, so if anyone's joining Samba because it was Citibank once, take my suggestion don't go there. If you are leaving a job for the sake of getting into an international organisation (Samba), you are mistaken, they are a completely local bank and the experience of samba wouldn't take you anywhere. There were some very basic trainings which get cancelled 95% of the time. The remaining 5% you can't join because your superiors or your colleagues are on vacation so you have to fill in for them.

Dislikes

HR makes false promises even if they give it in writing so go there considering the offered salary as your final benefits. No bonus, no increments even to the top performers. They can easily change the packages, benefits, TnC of your employment and above all even they can take you off the bank's payroll and move you to third party recruitment company.

My friends made it a good work place, my boss was also pretty cool.

Dislikes

There was discrimination amongst staff that were outsourced and staff that were on direct payrole. There was a new recruit manager who didnt know what she was doing, she ruined the peace of our work atmosphere and quit within 6 to 8 months.
