the biggest client of this company is TCS, so I got familiar with corporate culture because of it.

Dislikes

I had a very bad working experience it this place. There was no any growth in the salary or career. The owner is very arrogant and mean. The working environment was poor. They don't provide any training, directly sends an engineer on site. Service Engineers are illiterate, many of them can not read or write proper English. Service engineer has to travel all over India continuously throughout the year, without break and enough compensation. I would not recommend anyone to work at this horrible place.

Enter in samarth is easy but exit in samarth is terrible.. you will get torcher daily basis . One month notice period is really frustrated. HR policy change person to person.

Bad behaviour of the staff and senior management. Political environment for working. People get frustrated and leave the job in one year. This is a benchmark of samarth security system India pvt limited.
