No any HR Policies No any management, no any proper target everything on theoretical basis Basically supervisor based company and work without planning given too much unnecessary pressure. There is no any Leave policy, No Sunday off 7 days working and morning in time is fixed and out time after 8 PM depends upon the work. that's means you have to work 112 hours daily and no any weekly off

... just complete the work without safety and quality. No leave on Sunday as well. No work timing, no human value, delay in salary. Anytime you were fired from the company. PM is like a dictator and vandalising the company's name.

Sooooooo mannnnnyyyy dislikes... There is no management there is no HR policy Staff have to suffer alot .. One can't feel like an engineer working in this company... No vehicle for pick n drop ... Supervisors are limited ... Guest houses are of very inferior quality No time limit .. even have to work next day even after 24 hours shift ... No off on Sundays even after working continuously for 3 4 weeks ... Very worst culture... zero management

Salary structure is good and good behaviour of junior staffs.

1. Too much involvement of the owner and his brother at technical matters. 2. No leave throughout the week. Owner comes on Saturday evening to ruin Sunday's. 3. Materials not provided as per site requirements. 4. No job security. One fine day they can say today is your last.

They provide staying accommodation for their employees and also they Still doing a great job even though it's new challenge for them

Dislikes

...ife balance.The wages they provides for 12 hours working in a day is not enough.Either salary should increase or working hours should be 8 to 9 hours maximum.
