Worst company in coimbatore Salzer I work past one year. Low salary and no respect. Managers and supervisors treat like a uneducated persons. So pls don't join Salzer Electronics

decent salary hike,appreciation,recognition.training,skill development,designation dont even to think about this.culture would be like freshers will be getting more salary compared to experience candidates.

This is contract bassed working company canteen food are very good and work satisfaction is ok but salary is to average that's all

They given over time more then 6 hrs and monthly 3 sundays working days

Salary& growth very poor.u won't even get the appreciation. more politics will won't allow u to get the management attention.
