People need to know that this is not only the job but also the place where we can manage ourselves!! Our personal growth and also management is mostly important. People should visit salons and give themselves some time to relax and also to maintain themselves.

Cleanliness. It's an most important thing in salon. I don't like dirtiness and unhealthy atmosphere in salon.

There is a lots of politics between owners and employees this should not be practiced as everyone trys there best , appraisals are not fair depends upon the organization.

Salary should be decent which is not same in some organizations ,career growth is slow, the salon industry is lacking behind in soft skills which is a must.
