They will fire you anyday without giving any notice period and too in a matter of months. They are unprofessional people. They lack any vision and dont have any business plan as how to move forward. My advice would be NEVER to join this startup, you will spoil your resume.

... company for more than 2+ years and they provide a very good working experience. Salary is been provided on time and people enjoy doing work in the company.

No job security. They can fire you at any point without giving any notice period. The Company and the CEO doesnt have any vision. No HR department, there is 1 person who manages HR/Admin/Accounts. Its better to stay unemployed and find new opportunities than to work here

At any point of time management changes your profile and force you to work as per new targets and changed profile. Management puts you to the profile which is not of your area. Any point they ask you to quit Terrible experience.
