Salary is 50k, which includes 36k basic pay and 14k extra to Trainee Manager for Training, but one catch initially you will be sales executive and from 9 to 12 you will be in the office( which is not at all normal office which you might have seen it's like a job fair market) and then from 12 to 6 you will be in the field talking to people telling them to fund for the NGO called BAL RAKSHA, It's not UNISEF. If you like, I don't like, then this is the only positive. and you also have to pay for your Transportation while going to different parts of the cities and food also, which suggest that out of 50k you should subtract these costs and it will come around 40k plus there is unpaid leaves here where your Salary will be deducted if you are not in the office for a day also.

No job security, No work life Balance, No Skill Development apart from communication skills, and above all its not at all a respectful jobs, No skilled person would like to do thish Job security is like, you can be fired in 5 days also or 1 months which means any day you can be fired. After coming to the office you will not receive welcome kit, nor they will tell you about the perks and benefits which they have promised to give in the offer letter. It's like a Network Marketing Jobs like after taking certain No. Of donation from the people on the street, on the bangalore street, without pamplet, or any information apart from your own understanding, you will be eligible to lead a small bunch of people after 1 and half or 2 months. Who will be new joined, after that more No. Of donations you make, you will be asked to recruit people under you and then they will follow the same process, it's like that...similar to Network Marketing....there is nothing in thish job like Managerial jobs... It's a Fake company...hiring people on Linkedin by posting fake details and then making everyone to hit the street and ask for the donation for an NGO, about which hardly anyone knows.

these people will tell you some fansy thing that they will give you a 50k salary at first in that 36k you will get rest 14k depends on sales target . To be frank the job is just to rome around banglore to raise funds for a NGO , Nothing else . its a contract based job i have seen many people getting fired for some stupid reasons

Nothing is good the write some fancy role but its actually collect Donation for NGO on an random road asking people walking by and they reject everyone and the team leads as very mean and look down on new joiniee and from 12-6 you are on field and they won’t even let you sit down for 5 mins even if you are not feeling well they just don’t care and and the work can be done by 10 pass out also why to hired mba/graduate who are well educated people field sales they make it look so fancy but it collecting just money for donation and minimum donation is 500 like what is wrong with these people

Nothing is good you will get sweating crying for your life but they don’t care they they are like you will get promoted but it all scam they arey promising everyone they will get promoted but actually there are only 3 maine manager from uk others don’t even sit in office there is no room to sit only there office is on balcony of the building and everyone collect charity and the job is not good for girls and i am a girl and telling you DON’T TAKE THIS LOSER JOB SCAM SCAM SCAM
