I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The company is an old company but under new management. The company is being managed by the new managers promoted not on-merit basis

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Higher management does not value professionalism and does not recognize an individual's unique strengths which why I had to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on-job training for the freshers and as such seniors like me have to guide them step by step which is a nuisance at times
