Low Salary, no increment, if u are a family man definitely u should do part-time job to run ur family.. life balance is very tough... Day by day.....u feel laziness to work and rotation shifts affects body health..for learning purpose max 3 years of working experience is good..and it's based on ur working department..continue of work here is not worthy..its ...spoil u ...

...l maintenance I developed my knowledge and skills very easily with in 2 years... Salary good for apprenticeship.. But very low for company staff.. I think This is only the disadvantage in this sector..
