Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. this is the 12v tubular acid battery company . I am quality &quality control supervisor . casting , filling , ball mill , pasting , plating ,assembly and charging all section supervisor . and I am doing all test c1 ,c2 ,c3 ,c5 , c10 and c20 , lamp load test and endurance test also .
