Everything is there to dislike . Like Job safety is not there they can kicked u at any time. Only politics happen there. HR take the decisions. Owner don't know anything.they just want to make money they only want there growth. Employees means nothing to them.

no job security, they remove employees at any time without any reason, and when I asked for a composition so HR told me in our company doesn't have any type of this shit get out and never come here again.

Working environment, support of hire authorities, helps us and gives us chances to learn and upgrade our skills.

There is nothing that i need to hate, their decision, rules and policies are all for the benefit of company and employees growth

I like working at Saksham Knowledge services because everyone in the team works together to fulfill the vision and mission. My boss and ma'am listens to my ideas and appreciates my hard work. Each and every employee is treated with equality and gets recognised for their good work. I joined as a fresher here but now I have shown a remarkable growth as my boss gives me opportunities where i can show my strength in different projects. I enjoy working at Saksham knowledge services and that is why i love working here.

Dislikes

I don’t like that some employees try and create unnecessary politics. They talk about each other behind their backs. We should try and utilise that time in working towards the growth of our company. We should work peacefully and enthusiastically for the betterment of the organisation. After all that is our ultimate goal.

Working with Saksham has been one of the best experience I have had. There is so much to learn and grow at each step. Everyone is so supportive and highly helpful.
