...a skin clinic is very poor company , and I would never recommend anyone to join.There is excessive micromanagement, salary deduction for software entry missed, punch missed, management pretends to be very good but in reality they need some training how to handle the staff and retain them. After serving notice period also they don’t give incentive in which month complete efforts were given . Zero appreciation for staff . They are planning to expand but currently what they at-least manage that properly. New HR is pathetic she doesn’t know how to speak also . The work environment is toxic

I worked there for only 3 months, actually I was an intern so in that period I didn't find any drawbacks but work pressure is there and you can't deny in any organisation.

I have been working at sakhiya skin clinic for 13 years, initially joining as an HR professional & remaining here since then. I must say the working environment & job security have been excellent with no issues. The management has provided me with the flexibility & freedom to explore myself professionally. I would highly recommend Sakhiya Skin Clinic if you are seeking a long term work environment with Job security.

I Jasmit parmar have been working here as video editor & making since 16th May, 2022 at Sakhiya skin clinic. The team is incredibly positive and always willing to help each other out. As well as I have done shooting,editing reel making YouTube videos & have learnt so much there’s real sense of open communication which makes coming to work enjoyable plus they have fun team building activities which keeps things interesting

I have been working with Sakhiya Skin Clinic since more than 25 years. I have been there from one clinic to 29 clinics. Mene join Kia tha as a therapist, therapist se Ot assistant to treatments, from managing therapist to handling quality department & results, bahot kuch sikha Hain mene or environment bhi bahot acha hai or kaafi sare benefits hai.
