Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Owner it self will thing apart from him all are wast and from the 1st day he will fell apart him other don't know anything... And the finance control he himself decided he know everything but don't know how to close the audits

Joined this company 2 years ago. Best platform to understand the end to end business cycle. Management expects and promote employee who are diligent and have constructive approach towards work. Also has a policy against very indiscipline attitude after providing beyond reasonable time. Sensitive to genuine concerns of employees and they enjoy flexibility. Even late coming is allowed upto 1 hour and follows core working hours with Open door policy. Overall good base for positive and career centred resources. There are many working since 2 yrs and have positively contributed to Saish being the fastest growing company in the industry.
