I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

This company is not good for anyone as there is salary issue , salary always get delayed by 1-2 months, colleagues and work environment is good but no scope for growth, they do increments once in 3-4 years ..

My experience with this co. has not been so great, Sal never comes on time. They make fake promises even HR head & management too. A management meeting discussing topic less point. Non exp. team in the Accounts & finance dept. even they don't know any professionalism & they remaining there by doing sycophancy. One lady in the management with her assistant who keep on passing meaning less decisions & doing TP always.

Management is good, but some people have politics, even though higher management also... They are not considered for employees wellness... They think maintain staff with out employees expenditure... Salaries also not good.
