When I joined this company it was on downfall. The MD was trying to overcome with the previous losses but was not able to do that. So overall a negative environment was there. But after oct 2019 this has been takeover by an another pharma group and things started changing from negative to positive one. I must say that the class of infrastructure and machinery that this factory is having can't be available in overall the uttarakhand region. As per the building and machine structure this factory has no match.

Dislikes

The old management of company was in lack of experience of running factory so there were no growth in salary and skills. But as the management has changes this factory is running quite smooth now and started developing new perspectives in every aspects.
