...t in a day as I have to attend vendors calls in evening some time late in night. Salary is on time but appraisal is very disappointed. work-life balance is Zero.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Annual salary hike is not as per industry standards. High deduction policy incase of leaving job. You will loose minimum 25% ammount of yearly CTC at the time of leaving the job.

...red machineries, incompetent & Toxic TL Operations, Favouritism & Unfair Salary. Company culture getting detoriated because of toxic behaviour of TL operations, very poor compensation structure - Zero hike for grow with in position growths.
