It is a flat organization with limited growth opportunities, you can work work for years without growth in some departments, if you are fortunate with good Boss you will have growth other wise no structure or hr initiative.

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products & has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, & we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Everytime they will ask you to justify your salary, which is not even match the industry standards....they pay you low, but expect all sorts of jobs to be done by you. You are on your own here.

Salary structure was low when compare to industry standards and increments also very less.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good but salary not hike and Rating system is not good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
