The management seems more concerned with meeting production targets than ensuring employee well-being or product quality. The company's emphasis on profit over people is alarming. As someone who takes pride in their work, it's disheartening to see corners being cut and safety protocols being ignored. Furthermore, opportunities for growth and professional development are scarce. The training programs are inadequate, and feedback from supervisors is often unconstructive. I would not recommend sai Primus lifbiotech pvt ltd to anyone looking for a fulfilling and respectful work environment.
