Company is good but work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work more than 8 hrs. No job security, full politics, there is no time for personal life.

...ment is very very bad. I worked 2.9 years almost as as executive with 2.9 L ....after increment also my salary not much it's better to join as a fresher's in Sai....they will give upto 3.0L ....this is happened because not some stupid people working as as team leader.
