I am working here since 2018 as H.O.D(A&F Dept.). This is a growth-oriented company following a very positive approach with the employees working here. Moreover, here team works like a family helping each other in daily official tasks. To support changes, management also provides various trainings and learning platforms to encourage people go with the dynamic environment. Moreover, management believes in encouraging employees via rewarding them on basis of their output/results and having an on table discussion table with them regarding their ideas on growth of company. I will recommend people looking for job can surely consider joining SIPP Group as there is a job security for those who are capable of giving outputs.

One can experience the work life balance in the organization, the work culture is good. The Management of the company is supportive. You get freedom of your department/team to improve the processes and implement new practices which are in the best interests of the organization. The company is in the growing phase and the management is so supportive to introduce new policies and practices for the organization growth.

I feel like it's Sports culture in company everyone is accountable for their territories and roles, responsibilities. Appreciation, Appraisal, Team culture,job security.

I like everything about the company, the management is very supportive. The management listens to our concerns and give us the right solution, the management treats us as the family. I get enough support from my team to perform my work well.
