No real time projects, Taking interview on institutions to free roaming and eating, No work life balance, if you join as a developer you may find yourself on reception dest

... the owner saw it over CCTV then that is the reason for your salary deduction. you won't get your salary on time even sometimes you have to forget your salary. if there is no power supply for some time then you have to stay late or that will be your half day. if you joined as a developer, you will be ended up doing the job as a receptionist, balloon blower, guard, office boy even cleaner in the rainy season. It's usual to see CEO Santosh Gore getting slapped by people due to his bad behavior and delay in payments. Joining this organization and staying for more than 1 year is the biggest mistake of my life. I always got negative reviews on my BGV from this fraud organization even if I have done all exit formalities and have all legal documents and this happens with all my colleagues. Never join this fraud organization I repeated never ever, It's totally ok if you have to stay jobless rather than frustrated.
