...conclusions always and unfollow the basic rules and ethics to run the company. Currently company is going through major financial challenges and they are not in situation to pay their employees on time. This is even banned by the TCIL group resulting blocking the doors of many opportunities also many vendors who maintain the supply chain in hardware Networking industry doesn’t support the Sai Defence due to their unprofessionalism. Recently company triggered the mass layoff due to cost cutting. Management running by the Jaiswal family are extremely superstitious causing very bad environment in premises, many employees and the guards are very rude and having the poor mindset.

You can up your skill by your own as you got chances to meet higher authority of govt. Department but some time your Sinior will allow that they want to control every thing

Dislikes

Job security is zero they can fired you without any notice and not even want the clarification also there is no SOP for any work they ignore the official mails official reminder all they want to just dictatorship of there own the reason behind it is the all big position filled by cousin brothers and they are looting the company with the vendors.
