HR team gives fake commitments new joiners. Salary is paid off 2 months once. There is no holidays in company have to 24x7 work. They will not pay Full and Final settlement to the person who resigned as per company policies.

We get our salary on right time and compare to other companies paper work is very less in every department.

There is not a single leave in a year. Management want only work they don’t try to listen employees problems.

Managing Director is Non -technical and non-proffessional. So he don't know, how to behave with engineers ? And also office and sites are running with his non qualified family members, So engineers are vacating the sites without prior information.

Not at all working atmosphere. No proper work system and team. Being a senior engineer have to do all work no teammates will be given. And speaks with offensive language. It's sure local contractor company type.

There is lots of opportunities to lean more about for a fresher engineer. The company give to chance everyone being responsible for his work and work like a leader. Sr staff support to jr staff.

There is slow growth.
