... 3. No promotion for hardworking employees. 4. No appreciation for employees. 5. When hardworking employee leaves job they deduct 1 month salary by stating 2 months notice period, not even try to understand his problem behind leaving job, or never try to retain employee. 6. HR support for employee is literally zero, I don't know what's HR job after employee joining.

Good colleagues, but then that would depend on your department and team.

Dislikes

The appraisals are ridiculously low, stating that the hospital didn't make enough money last year but spent outrageous amounts on celebrity collaborations and promotions. There are no festival holidays, so family time is compromised.
