I really appreciate the supportive work environment at Sahyadri Farms Post Harvest Care. In just two months, I've learned a lot, and the team has been very helpful, which makes the experience more enriching. I’m also enjoying the opportunity to see the impact of our work on sustainable farming and post-harvest practices. It feels rewarding to be part of a team that values quality and efficiency in its processes

Dislikes

As I’m still getting settled into my role, I wouldn’t say there’s anything I strongly dislike. However, adapting to the fast-paced environment and understanding the full workflow can be a bit challenging. But I see it as part of the learning curve and an opportunity to improve my skills and knowledge in the field

Overall envoirnment is good. People are good.

Dislikes

Overall processes and systems of organization is slow which leads to work closing, unnecessary overtime and duplication of work. Work is completed at last minute.

Good ETP Designed Good company for Needy and non skill person.

Dislikes

DGM and Executive of ETP are worst. Very bad behavior of both. They torcher mentally. Promote only donky work. Appraisal to ETP is only from 0-5%. Never ever suggest any person to work in ETP. Work on contract than working in this Company.

The work culture is terrible as there is no work according to education basis.. The higher authority likey to bend you for any kind of work which is not based on qualification. There is no freedom to female employees. The higher authority is likely want you u to sit with workers to eat your lunch, they will control where u eat, there are three nice places to eat.. but they just will close the gates of the route to the places. Terrible experience. Office politics, partiality is too much.

There is a lot of scope to work the company and the culture is very good. The team you work in is very cooperative to achieve your goals and targets.

Dislikes

You are guaranteed a job in company you are shown big dreams long term future and suddenly you are fired. Job is not guaranteed. There is lot of betting going on in the company. It is very bad instead of finding out why the project is losing money it is closed and instead of finding corrupt ones innocent employees are fired and new responsibilities given to wrong people without any enquiry.
