There is a scope to devolope one additional language. Previously I don't know Hindi but now I can able to manage with north Indian people. I am looking entire plant operation like production, purchase, man power recruitment, accounts, audit, Raw material management, dispatch, Maintenance. So gathering of knowledge is more on this company.

In this company doing job work to ITC. So ITC only playing more role on this. There is freedom to implement the new ideas and innovation. Difficult to manage the ITC superior and sahuwala management at a time. Work pressure is more and need to work min 14hrs on daily even Sunday also. There is no week off system.
